Topic: Introduction to Conflict Management
Headline: Leaning into conflict so we can step into a more productive future.
As leaders, we must navigate conflict responsibly. How can we approach conflict with an attitude and skill set that will yield creative solutions, rather than chaos and brokenness? In Module Four, we will establish a foundation for Conflict Management helping students to tailor their own experiences and relationships, and build upon them as we all grow in leadership.
Like all RYLA programs we are going to learn some new things, develop and advance your leadership skills, accomplish personal goals, and most of all we are going to have a “heck of a lot of fun”.
Keynote Speaker Module FOUR
Rebecca Egger (RYLA 2004) is a portrait photographer. She has self-published two books, Beasts Get Scared Too and Cast Iron Families, and has photographed zero famous people, but hundreds of folks who matter deeply to someone. She likes to fancy herself a runner and a reader, though she takes neither too seriously. Since she’s over 30 now, she’s gotten into both NPR and podcasts, and will likely start listening to audiobooks soon, as one does. Her husband Jeff is also a RYLArian, and they live in Van Alstyne, Texas with their three spunky girls, Charlotte, Georgia, and Birdie
